So here is my situation - I was in the process of closing on a real estate deal when a oil tank was discovered on the property.... I originally hired a oil tank company located near my house but I was not very satisfied with the results. I was in a time crunch and the company told me that it would take 1 month to write a DEP report and probably another 3 months to get a NFA letter from the State. I canceled all deals with the prior company and contacted ATS. I spoke to Hugh and Keith who were very helpful. After I spoke to them for the first time, We scheduled remediation within 4 days. During the remediation process Kevin and Tom showed up at my house right on time, Kevin even brought me coffee. Considering it was right around 5 degrees outside when the remediation took place, Kevin and Tom did a amazing job. They were very helpful in every aspect of the job. Kevin even drove to Home Depot to get grass seed which he planted before he left. I usually don't write reviews but ATS deserves it - They went above and beyond to help me out and I would recommend them to anyone. Also if you are trying to close on your house and a oil tank is discovered during the sweep....Just call ATS, From a price standpoint, value standpoint and overall service, No one in New Jersey is going to beat these guys. The whole ordeal of having a oil tank discovered and then having minor leaks is a overwhelming experience - It is best to work with professionals such as ATS, They will handle everything from the removal, remediation and also help you with getting the NFA and DEP reports.

I have been using you company for the last few years. We have found you to be very prompt and always on time for the testing. The reports are simple to read and accurate.

The technician explained all the equipment and how the computer program worked that made it all possible. The tank failed two initial tests and the owner was required to effect repairs to the piping in order for the system to pass. It was a tremendous education and provided insight into managing the issues of having a home with an underground fuel tank. We definitely got our money's worth and peace of mind.

ATS was great! I purchased a home and needed an inspection done on the septic. They had the best prices around and did a great job. I was provided a report almost immediately after the inspection was completed. Because of a quick closing date on the house, we needed a reinspection done with very short notice. Once again, ATS came through and delivered. I have already recommended them to several people.
