When your clients partner with TRUST, they can focus on preparing their home for buyers. While they’re doing that, we’ll focus on removing their underground tank and replacing it with a new one.
TRUST will handle the scheduling of the licensed and certified tank contractor. We’ll be there for your clients to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the entire process.
We make the process easy. TRUST helps your clients fill out the paperwork and get approval to receive up to $3,000 from the state of New Jersey.
We guarantee approval. Every application we submit will be approved by the state or any fees paid to ATS will be refunded.
Grants are also available for leaking tanks. In the event of an oil leak, our program speeds the clean up process to make the home marketable again.
